TREATY WITH ITALY BRITISH RELATIONS ETHIOPIA RECOGNITION WITHDRAWAL FROM SPAIN By Telegraph—Frees Association— Copyright Times Cable I/DNDON, April 10 The Italian Foreign Minister, Count Ciano, and the Earl of Perth, British Ambassador in Rome,, have ended the formal negotiations for a treaty between. Italy and Britain, states the Home correspondent of the Times. The drafting committee will begin its work on Monday. The documents will consist of a protocol, defining the relations of the two countries. Britain will recognise the Italian Empire, and Italy will withdraw from Spam, it is stated. , ~
