COLLISION WITH LORRY
DEATH OF. MOTOR-CYCLIST INQUEST AT PAPAKURA An inquest into the death of Charles Eraser Rose, aged 26, of Scott Road, Papatoetoe, who was killed when he crashed into a stationary motor-lorry on the Great South Road while riding a motor-cycle at Drtirv early on the morning of January 8. was held before the district coroner, Mr. T. F. Sncll, at Papakura yesterday. A verdict was given that death was due to a fracture of the skull and laceration of the brain, caused through Rose colliding with a stationary motortruck. The evidence disclosed that 110 blame was attachable to the lorry driver, who was engaged in repairing a tyre when the accident occurred.
