CZECHS' POLICY
. GERMANS DISAGREE WALK OUT GF CHAMBER WIDE POWERS FOR PREMIER By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, April 7 -The Sudeten Germans dramatically walked out of the Chamber in the last session of the Czech Parliament before Easter after a speech by their leader, Ilerr Kundt, in which he said that recent developments had shown that the coalition parties did not intend to change the
present system. It is understood, says the Prague correspondent of the Daily Telegraph, that Government parties gave wide powers to the Prime Minister, Dr. Hodza, to negotiate within the three following limits:— (1) No alteration in Czechoslovakia's ,foreign policy. (2) No territorial autonoinv.
(3) The unconditional loyalty of the Sudeten German party to the State, including a cessation of propaganda. Leading members of the Henlein party made it clear that they would not recognise these limits and wanted Czechoslovakia to drop the pact with Russia. Also they insist on territorial autonomy.
Herr Henlein indicated that a dualism was wanted similar to that in Aus-tria-Hungary before the war.
The flag of the Henlein party to-day was flown beside the Chechoslovakian flag over the Town Hall at Marion bad, but was removed later at the request of the police.
