TAURANGA SOCIETY [ST TELEGRArH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] TAtJEANGA, Friday There was a good attendance at the annual lnepting of the Tauranga branch of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. The report stated that the membership was 96. Officers were elected as follows: —Patrons, the Hon. B. C. Robbing, M.L.C., and the Hon. C. E. Macmillan; president, Mr. L. R. Wilkinson; vice-president. Mr. H. E. Carter; inspector, Mr. M. McIvinney; secretary and treasurer, Mrs. F. H. Rutland; committee. Messrs. Fox, Rutter, H. E. 0. Carter and Kidder, Mesdames R. Policy, E. ton and Conway.
