OF AGREEMENT [by TELEGRAPH—rnKSS association] WELLINGTON, Friday The tj-ade agreement between New Zealand and the economic union of Belgium and Luxemburg is slightly piodified' by a new Order-in-Council. •Au Order-in-Council issued in August J936, provided for a duty of 40 per cent ad'valorem on gloves and mittens produced or manufactured within the union, > other than those composted wholly, or principally, of rubber or asbestos. In place of this item the following is substituted: "Gloves or mittens other than those composed wholly t>r principally of leather, rubher or asbestos, 40 per cent; and gloves and *■ composed wholly or principally of leather, 60 per cent.''
