IVIEDAL FOR MISS BATTEN LECTURE WELL RECEIVED (Received March 7, 6.5 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, March 6 The lecture given by the New Zealand flier, Miss Jean Batten, to-day met with an excellent reception. Prince Gustav, a son of the Crown Prince, presented Miss Batten with a gold medal on behalf of the Swedish Aero Club in recognition of her record flights. This class of medal is awarded oulv on rare occasions.
