BREACH OF PROBATION
A charge of not-complying with the terms of his probation was admitted in the Police Court yesterday by John Freeman,, a painter, aged 30. Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., was on the Bench. For accused Mr. Holmden said lie, had gone to Hawke's Bay with his brother, wlio was a salesman, and did not know that be was breaking the terms of his probation. Accused was fined 40s, in default seven days' imprisonment.
