AMALGAMATED CHAIN ADVERTISING OF PROGRAMMES Headers of the Nkw Zealand Hkrat-d in the provincial centres are asked to note that theatres belonging to the Amalgamated Theatres chain will henceforth have their programmes advertised each day in this journal, boginning to-morrow morning. A special portion of the entertainments advertising columns on the back page of the Hkuatj) wilt bo headed "Provincial Theatres" and under this the daily programmes of tho following theatres will be advertised:—Hamilton, Ci,vic and State Theatres; Whangarei, Regent; Cambridge, Tudor; Dargaville, Empire; To Kuiti, State (daily), Empress (Friday and Saturday). The directors of Amalgamated Theatres, Limited, decided to advertise their provincial theatres in this way in _ order to give tho numerous subscribers of tho Hkbaud in country centres information about local picture programmes.
