TAKAPUNA CLUB'S MEETING Following are the results of the Christmas shoot held by the Takapuna Gun Club and attended by tho Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. W. E. Parry:— First' Christmas Match (seven birds).— L. F. Ramsey (18yds). 1; R. G. White (14yds), 2; W. It. Ayton (14yds), 3; Hon. W. E. Parry (11yds), 4; L. F. Strain (11yds), 5. Ramsay secured the possible. Second Match. —Hon W- E. Parry (14yds), 1; R. L. Baxter (14yds), 2; L. b. Strain (12yds), 3; R. G. White (18yds), 4: J. McGregor (14yds), 5; L. J. Henderson (17yds), 6. Strain shot the possible. Third Match.—L. F. Ramsey (21yds). 1; L F. Strain (14yds). 2; R. G. White (19yds), 3; Hon. W. E. Parry (18yds), 4; J. McGregor (15yds), 5. Strain and White shot the possible. Fourth Match.—L. F. Strain (17yds). 1; L. J. Henderson (17yds). 2; A. E. Robinson (12yds), 3; R. G. White (21yds), 4; W. H. Ayton (16yds), 5. Possibles were secured by Strain, Henderson, White and Robinson. , * Fifth Match—A. E. Robinson (14yds), 3; Hon. W. E. Parry (19yds), 2; L. F. Strain (21yds), 3; R. Patterson (12yds). 4. Robinson secured the possible Consolation Match (seven birds).—J. Henderson, sen. (14yds). 1; R. Patterson (12vds), 2; R. 8. Mowbray (15yds), 3, Price (llS'ds). 4; C. Moran (11yds), 5. Seven-bird Walk-up Match. —R- S. Mowbrav shot the possible and won outright. Ten-bird Double Rise Match.—R. G. White (12yds) shot, the possible and won outright. L. F. Ramsay /15yds) and A. E. Robinson (12yds) shot nine birds each.
