DOOR BLOWN OFF SAFE
£45 IN CASH AND CHEQUES WELLINGTON BURGLARY [BV TELEGRAPH —rRKSS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Monday Burglars broke into the bookshop of Mr. O. A. Seymour, Cleveland Street. Brooklyn, blew open his safe and stole £-io in money and cheques. Gelignite was apparently used in blowing the safe. When Mr. Seymour arrived at work at 6 a.m. he found the padlock had been wrenched off the front door. Inside he found the door had been blown completely off the safe. The intruders had gone out by the back door, leaving it open.
