MAGISTRATE'S COURT

RE ALLOTMENT OF DUTIES Mr. Wyvorn Wilson, S.M., commenced his three months' retiring leave yesterday. Mr. W. H. McKean, whose appointment of principal stipendiary magistrate at Auckland takes effect 011 tho expiry of Mr. Wilson's leavo on February J6, is, in tho meantime, relieving Air. Wilson. Mr. F. K. Hunt has been appointed a temporary magistrate until February 10, pending tho appointment of another magistrate at Auckland. Mr. Hunt will continue his duties as coroner.
