Nov. 0 It is expected that the Assistant Trade Commissioner in New Zealand, Mr. Payne, will be to Batavia to succeed Mr. Critchley who is going to New Zealand as Trade Commissioner. Mr. Payne is to be succeeded by Mr. L. Menzies, brother of thd Attorney-General.
