SCOW LOSES PROPELLER
When moving on the Waihou River to Pneroa yesterday morning one of the two propellers of the Northern Steamship Company's scow Tuhoe was lost through striking a snag. The vessel was run on a sandbank, where repairs were carried out, and the Tuhoe then resumed her journey from Auckland. She returned to Auckland yesterday morning.
