QUIET. CAMPAIGN CONFIDENCE OF MR. LYONS (Received October 15, 12.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, Oct. 14 The Federal election campaign is proceeding quietly, chiefly by means of radio. Only, nine days remain to polling day. The Prime Minister, Mr. Lyons, expects a victory, with a slightly reduced majority in both Houses.
