SCHEME AT MOUNT ALBERT Plans for a scheme of playground activities under the... auspices of the Mount Albert branch of the Community Sunshine Association were made on Wednesday evening at a meeting held at the home of the 'president. Mrs. W. 11. Worrall. The Mayor of Mount Albert, Mr.*H. A. Anderson, presided. The scheme is to provide organised sports and games for children of the district who may bo unable to spend their school Christmas holidays away from home, and for this purpose the borough council has given the use of Fowlds Park for four weeks in January- A sub-committee was set up to report on the appointment of an organiser and assistant organisers.
