SEARCH WITHOUT RESULT [by telegraph—owx correspoxdext] GISBORNE, Tuesde* No trace has been found of the body of Mr. William Haggett, seventh engineer of the liner Hororata, who was thought to have been lost overboard between Cape Kidnappers and Portland Island last Thursday evening. The Hororata sailed from* Tokomaru Bay on Saturday evening for Wellington, and it is understood that further particulars will be gathered by the police from the complement of the ship at that port. The police in the Gisborne district report that their search of the coast proved unavailing, but that they are still keeping watch on the beaches
