The executive of the New Zealan Master Bakers' Association appealed to the Minister of Labour, who state id reply that it was impossible to riff the position. A suggestion that eiD ployers should refuse to pay the 01 day rates and thereby provoke a case which would have the threshed out in Court, came before executive at its last meeting, h_ u action was approved. .
