Squadron-Leader .1. L. Fimllay officer commanding the Wigram aen> drome, arrived at Wellington from Sydney by the Awatea yesterday. He was accompanied by .Mrs. Findlay.
Surgeon-Lieutenant C. D. D. de Labilliere, who recently completed his term of servico in H.M.S. Leith on the New Zealand Station, will leave by the Niagara to-day on his return to Eng. land.
The Hon. F. R. Charlton, Commissioner of Lands in Fiji, and a member of the Legislative Assembly, arrived at Auckland yesterday by the Niagara to spend five weeks in New Zealand on a holiday and business visit.
Professor R. B. Stoltz, chairman of the Department of Dairy Technology at Ohio State University, accompanied by Mrs. Stoltz and their two daughters, arrived from Vancouver by the Niagara yesterday. They are at the Hotel Car gen.
Mr. R. P. Bower arrived from Vancouver by the Niagara yesterday to take up the position of assistant Canadian Trade Commissioner in New Zealand. He is accompanied by Mrs. Bower and their daughter, and they are at the Grand Hotel.
Mr. Harold Gatty, representative for Pan-American Airways, accompanied bv Mr. A. Francis, Mr. W. T. Jarboe and Mr. M. M. Thompson, arrived by the Niagara Yesterday to continue the survey of the route for the proposed transpacific air service. Mr. Gatty is at the Grand Hotel.
The Hon. Dr. A. H. Pearce, Director of Medical Services in Fiji, and a member of the Legislative Assembly, arrived at Auckland yesterday by the Niagara. He intends to confer with the DirectorGeneral of Health, Dr. M. H. Watt, and to visit the South Island.
i£r. L. C. Blundell and Mr. J. L. Blundell, of Wellington, arrived at Auckland by the Niagara from Vancouver yesterday after spending some months touring Great Britain and America. They are accompanied by thoir wives and are at the Grand Hotel.
Mr. C. Y. S. Sewell, a member oi the British Colonial Service, who ifstationed at Singapore, arrived at Auckland yesterday by the Niagara froir Vancouver after spending _ several months travelling in Great Britain aw' on the Continent with Mrs. Sewell. Mr Sewell. who is a New Zealander, wil; visit Wellington to see his eons. Wit! Afrs. Sewell he went south by trn last night.
