NORTH SHORE SCOTS
MONTHLY INGLESIDE HELD The monthly ingleside of the North Shore Caledonian Society was held in the Foresters' Hall, Devonport, on Saturday night. The new patron, Captain A. J. Algio, was welcomed, and in the absence of the chieftain, the Mayor of Devonport, Mr. H. F. W. Meikle, the senior chieftain, Mr. 13. Pirie, presided. The programme included Scottish and Irish dancing by Miss Norma Williams, Miss Irene Long, Miss Zelda Stevenson, Miss Doreen Dunn, Mr. George Dunn and Mr. D. Davidson. The ladies' committee comprised.— Mrs. Robert Bruce (honorary secretary), who wore Burgundy silk net; Mrs. D. Tninsh, black floral crepon. M rs. .T. Weir, blue floral georgette, Mrs. Martin, white floral rnarocain; Miss M. Boyle, navy floral moss crepe; M iss G. Sharman, whito ottoman silk. Among those present wore: —Mrs. F.
