FOOTBALL BROADCASTS
Sir— Kindly allow me space to express my protest against those responsible for the decision not to broadcast the Rugby League match hetweenLngland and Auckland at Carlaw P«k Inst Saturday. For many months ,in who are either blind, dl or aged inch - ing thousands all over New + fealand, have been looking forward to the thriA in store. But the wise men who control the game decide otherwise and say, it vou cannot come you shall nothear. Thoy even go further and say, it jou cannot pay the price you cannot'see. The rise in the price could perhaps tolerated, as all appreciate the expense incurred in bringing an English team to New Zealand, but to be deprived of both is just too bad. Blind Listener.
