ARREST AFTER INQUIRY

Detectives from Christchurch to-day arrested a man at Fernside, after a police investigation had been made into an allegation that a shot-gun had been twice fired at Mr. Nicholas Wall, single, aged .'JB, who is employed on a Fernside farm. It is reported that shotgun pellets were removed from Mr. Wall's shoulders and neck by Dr. King, of Rangiora.
