ITALY'S AMBASSADORS CONQUEST QUESTION RAISED ROMK, Juno 17 It is reported that Signor Suvich, formerly Foreign Under-Secretary, is to bo appointed 'ltalian Ambassador to the United States. This and other Ambassadorial changes pending raise tho question of tho recognition of tho conquest of Abyssinia, as the new Ambassadors aro certain to present their credentials as coming from tho King of Italy and Emperor of Abyssinia.

DINNER IN COMMONS RUGBY, Juno 17 The fugitive Emperor of Ethiopia, Haili Selassie, to-day visited the Houso of Commons, where he was entertained at dinner by a number of members of Parliament. The function was strictly private.
