LARGELY-INCREASED STAFF RESULT OF BETTER TIMES [by telegraph—press association*] DUNEDIX, Thursday In an interview to-day the Post-master-General. the Hon, F. Jones, said that there were many applicants for positions with the Post and Telegraph Department in anticipation 0! staff increases as a result of improving conditions since December.
