She was with her husband, Lieut.Coinmander P. Dawnay, who has come out to join the New Zealand Division of the Boyal Navy. Lady Angela, who was wearing a navy blue travelling costume, a little blue hat with a white bow, and a fawn overcoat, had little to say on her arrival. It was her first visit to New Zealand, and the thousand lights of Wellington sparkling over the water held her attention and obviously an impression. Lieut.-Commander Dawnay said ho had been in the Dominion before a® an officer in H.M.S. Benown. Ho and his wife expected to leave Wellington to-morrow for Auckland, whence he was to sail on Tuesday to join the cruiser Dunedin at Suva on her winter cruise to tho Islands. Lady Angela wou , probably stay at Auckland. They had found the voyage out agreeable, having had a smooth passage. Captain L. Vaughan Morgan, of tW New Zealand Naval Board, met them at the wharf.
