ARMS LANDED IN BELGIUM PERMISSION NOW OBTAINED (Received May 31, 6.35 p.m.) ANTWERP, May 80 The British steamer La Santa Maria, which has been vainly trying to obtain permission to land her freight of arms and ammunition originally destined for Abyssinia, has arrived at Lillo, Belgium, and is discharging her cargo there.
