ORDERS FOR WINDING-UP PROCESS 'TO BEGIN TO-DAY (Received January 17. 7.35 p.m.) SYDNEY. Jan. 16 A proclamation, published in the Government Gazette to-day, orders the winding-up by the Court of the Investment Executive Trust of New Zealand, Limited. The winding-up process is fixed to begin to-day. A similar proclamation has been published in respect to the Sterling Investments Company (New Zealand), Limited. Legislation authorising the liquidation of the various companies of the McArthur group passed the New South Wales State Parliament in April last. In September the Equity Court granted leave to the Public Trustee to sell the Trust Building in Sydney at a reserve fixed by the Court, but which was not disclosed.
