SECRETS OF STRATOSPHERE

Each has a small vacuum flask which opens at a certain height, collects a sample of the air, reseals itself and returns to earth by parachute. Already these detectives of tho upper air have proved that beyond an altitude of eight or nine miles above Europe the temperature stai-ts to rise again and there is a region where the temperatures are at " heat-wave " levels throughout tho year.
