CHARGES DENIED
MAN COMMITTED FOR TRIAL [by telkchaph—OWN correspondent] WHANGARF.T, Friday lu the Whangarei Police Court today Robert Oresti incrocci, aged 32. of Whangarei, appeared before Mr. C. K. Collins and Mr. A. ,T. McKay, J.P.'s, charged with attempted carnal knowledge of a girl 8 yeais of age, and with- indecently assaulting the girl Mr. 1.. A. Johnson appeared for the accused, who pleaded not guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court at Auckland for trial.
