WORK AT TITIRANGI Extensive alterations and additions, are at present being ' made to the Hotel Titirangi. It is hoped that the work, which involves nearly £3000,. will be completed by Christmas. The additions comprise eight bedthroe bathrooms and a billiard room. A new i. lounge is being constructed on the roof and the tearoom and dining room are being enlarged. A shop ip the building is being converted into a dining room for private parties. In the grounds two tennis courts and a putting green are being constructed The work is being carried out by Mr. p.; W. Peate for the present lessees, R. Nicolas and Company. Mr. Jj. S. Piper is tho architect.
