.YESTERDAY'S SALES RETURN ON INVESTMENTS Following is a list of yesterday's transactions on New Zealand Stock Exchanges and the return from investment at the quoted price. The exchange premium on dividends payable in sterling is included in the calculation of returns. Ihe yield on 4 per cent Government loans includes redemption and that on 3)( per cent loans is for interest alone, and covers only the period for which the loans are tax-free. AUCKLAND EXCHANGE

the mining market WAIHIS AGAIN CH EAPER ADVANCE IN BIG RIVERS In the mining market on the Auckland Stock Exchange yesterday Waihis sold 3d lower at 40s 3d, but more could not he had at that price. Mount Morgans dropped 7d in dealing at 36s 9d, and King Solomons were secured Id'cheaper at 4s. In sales at 2s 3d and 2s 4d. r Big Rivers established a rise of 2d.
