OOUHTY COUNCIL NOTICES RAGLAN OUN T Y COUNCIL. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS FO'li ROADS AND CLOBE PORTIONS OF ROADS. IN THE MATTER OF " THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT. 1928." AND " THE COUNTIES ACT. 1920." Notice ia hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work namely, altering the course of a road and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the First Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and further, that it is proposed to close the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto. Notice is further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken for roads and of the portions of road proposed to be closed is deposited in the public offices of the Clerk to the said Council at Ngaruawahia, and is open for inspection by all peysons during ordinary office hours.
