Sir. —When will the health authorities take steps to view the biuchers shopsr In many that I have seen there appears no attempt whatever to ae . what looks in some shops, to' * plague of Hies, during the recent hot weather. How is it these shops do not ha :e electrical fans installed m their own interests? It is high time that this matter was taken in hand b - authority capable of definitely dealing with this absolute menace. Disgusted.
