MR. MURDOCH NOMINATED [by telegraph OWN correspondent! WHANGAREI, Wednesday Mr. A. J. Murdoch, M.P. for Marsdon, stated thia evening that ho had accepted nomination to contest the No. 1 ward of the reconstituted Dairy Produce Bgard, in opposition to tlio present representative, Mr. W. Grounds. Mr. Murdoch said he had accepted following a strong request by a large number of dairy companies in the ward. He believed in the companies having greater control of the industry and opposed any restriction of marketine. which he considered to bo against all sound business principles.
