TRANSACTION WITH NORWAY AMERICANS SEEK BUSINESS By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received January 11, 10.15 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 11 The Berlin correspondent of the Financial Times states that Germany is still bartering. The latest instance is the exchanging of material for a new dock at Oslo for Norwegian whale oil. Also it is announced that the American Chambers of Commerce in Berlin and Frankfurt-on-Main are arranging to, facilitate GermanAmerican barter transactions.
