LABOUR AND CLUTHA SEAT [nv TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION*] DUNEDIN. Friday At a meeting of the Labour Party at Milton the Rev. E. T. Cox, Mayor of Dunedin, agreed to permit his name to go before the Labour Representation Committee as a candidate to contest the Clutha seat at the general election.
