A winter hent wave continues in London. The temperature early this morning was only four degrees below that of June.

The Daily Mail records the fact that roses are blooming in Wales, daffodils in southern England and spring flowers in parts of ScotlaTid which arc usually covered with snow at this time of the year. Even on high hills there is not a speck of snow.
