VICEROY OF INDIA
RETURN TO DELHI FLIGHT FROM CROYDON (Received August 17, 7.55 p.m.) CALCUTTA, August 17 The Earl of Willingdon, Viceroy of India, who left Croydon by air on Saturday accompanied by the Countess of Willingdon, arrived at Delhi to-day. Lord Willingdon has resumed his post and Lieutenant-Colonel Sir G. F. Stanley, who has been Acting Viceroy, has resumed the Governorship of Madras.
