MANUKAU BAR UNWORKABLE A westerly gale and very rough seas havo been experienced on tho west coast since Thursday, and tho conditions continued very boisterous last night. There were heavy showers yesterday. Sinco Thursday the Manukau bar has been unworkable and yesterday tho bar was breaking heavily two miles out to sea. The motor-vessels Ronaki and Hokianga have been barbound since Thursday and they will both sail for Hokianga when the conditions improves
