RESULTS AT DANNEVIRKE [BY TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION] DANNEVIRKE, Friday The third annual tournament of the New Zealand Maori Golf Association, extending over three days, was concluded this afternoon. It was very successful. There were 46 entrants in the men's section and 33 in the ladies', competitors being present from the South Island, Wanganui, Otaki, Tokomaru Bay and Hawke's Bay. Championship results were:— ... , r c Ladies.—Senior semi-final: Mrs. tv. Tareha beat Mrs. B. Hadfield, 4 and 3; Miss T. Chase beat Miss R. Scott, 4 and 3. Final Miss Chase (Wairoa) defeated Mrs. Tareha (Napier*), 4 and 3. Junior semi-final: Mrs. M. Logan beat Mrs. J. Hape, 3 and 2; Miss A. Tareha beat Mrs. E. Carter, 3 and 1. Final: Miss Tareha (Napier) defeated Mrs. Logan (Waipawa), X up. Men.—Semi-final: Kapi Tareha beat T. Kuru, 1 up; J. Winterburn beat J. Hape, 2 and 1. Final: Tareha (Waipawa) beat Winterburn (Otaki), 6 and 5. The Tareha Handicap was won by J. Pine (Dannevirke). WAITEMATA LADIES* CLUB The second round of the club trophy will be played next Tuesday by members of the Waitemata Ladies' Golf Club. The draw is as follows: —Mrs. Tilston v.
