DISCUSSION OF PROBLEM MEMBERS OF LOCAL BODIES [by telegraph—PßESS association] WELLINGTON, Friday The Municipal Association of New Zealand has convened a special meeting of members to be held in Wellington on Wednesday next. The chief subject for discussion will be the vexed question of unemployment as it affects those city, borough and county councils which have employed relief workers in the past, and to discuss ways and means of dealing with the problem in the future. This, however, is only one of several matters scheduled for discussion. Proceedings will be in camera.
