DEVONPORT EX-SOLDIERS
A smoke concert in honour of the retiring president, Captain E. L. Napier, was recently held by the Devon port Ex-servicemen's Club. Captain Napier was elected a life-member of the club and was presented with a gold membership badge. In making the presentation the newly-elected president, Mr, Perkins, said tho membership and finances of tho club had increased 850 per cent during Captain Napior's period of office.
