DIVORCE FOR HUSBAND

On the ground of mutual separation John Connolly (Mr. Burns) petitioned in the Supreme Court, before Mr. Justice Ostler, yesterday, for the dissolution of his marriage with Alice Kathleen Connolly. Petitioner said he and respondent were married in England in 1010 and lived together in Kent until 1923, when they agreed to separate. Witness made provision for his wife by handing over to her a drapery business. Later he came to New Zealand, where ho had since resided. He had not seen his wife for over 10 years. A decree nisi, to be made absolute after three months, was granted.
