MR. ARTHUR HENDERSON LABOUR TO GIVE RELIEF (Received May 18, G. 25 p.m.) British "Wireless RUGBY, May 17 Mr. Arthur Henderson asked the national executive of the Labour Party to release him from some of his official duties as secretary and treasurer, having been advised to curtail his activities for health reasons. The executive received the request with sympathy and understanding and decided to consult Mr. Henderson as to the most suitable arrangements which would be mutually satisfactory.
