The following officers were elected: —Patron, the Hon. C. 10. Macmillan; president. Dr. J. B. MaoDiarmid; vice-presidents, Messrs. H. 0. Coone-y, H. Lewis, C. T. MeFarlane, B. C. Bobbins, K. J. Ronnie, A. Smith, H. Watkinson, D. N. Wilson; lion. secretary. Mr. A. 13. Wood; hon. treasurer, Mr. M. Simmonds; hon. auditors, Messrs. T. Wylio and W. F. Cross; committee. Messrs. C. M. Hewitt, T. Moncur. K. Page. H. G. Rodgers, H. D. Stevens. W. J. Stevens
