BRANCH ANNUAL REPORT The annual meeting of the Papatoctoe branch of the Plunkot Society was held this week, the president, Mrs. J. Kendal, presiding. The report showed a year of useful activity, with interest in the work well maintained. It stated there was a small credit balance in hand. Prior to the election of officers, the president, on behalf of the branch, made a presentation to Mrs. R. Kimpton and said that the branch owed much to her activities. Mrs. Kiinpton had acted as secretary and treasurer to the branch since its inception. The following office-bearers were elected:—Patrons, Mrs. W. \V. Massey and Dr. J. J. Valentine; president, Mrs. J. Kendal; vice-president, Mrs. E. Muir; secretary, Mrs. K. G. Bray; treasurer, Mrs. G. Hodge; committee, Mesdames J. J. Valentine, A. G. Grintor, P. G. Poss, H. D. "Wily, T. K. Richards, F. E. Carr and P. G. Wyllie.
