PROTECTION OF BOARD [by tklegraph —own correspondent] WELLINGTON. Friday The Thames Harbour Boarcl has been protected by legislation from the enforcement of a legal process -which would citable the bondholder* to take steps to enforce the payment ot the principal or interest on loans by the. appointment of a receiver. An Orcler-in-Council is gazetted extending the period of protection until May 01.
