FIGHTING IN TANGSHAN DAMAGE TO POWER-HOUSE TIENTSIN, March 21 Martial law has again been proclaimed in- the Tangshan mining area owing to a recrudescence of the labour dispute. Angered by the arrest of two comrades, a crowd of miners surrounded the offices of the Sino-British Kailan mining administration, pulled the fires from the boilers and broke the windows in the power-station. The police fired on the crowd, killing three and wounding six.
