NOMINATIONS closed ELECTION FOR COMMITTEE [feoji our own corresponded] HAMILTON, Thursday The nominations of officers for the Waikato Agricultural and Pastoral Association closed to-day, and were as follows:—President, Mr. W. H. Miers; senior vice-president, Mr. N. Reid; junior rice-president, Mr. R. A. Hinton. These officers were elected unopposed. There were 84 nominations for the 30 vacancies on the general committer. These included the 30 present members and Messrs. P. Bruemer, F. R. Hinton, R. Chilcott and H. Moreland. An election will be held next Thursday.
