LIMIT PLACED COST NOT TO EXCEED £2,000,000 The now bridge to be built across tin* Brisbane River joining Kangaroo PoinS with Bowen Terrace, Brisbane, musi not cost more than £2,000,000. That i« the dictum of the State Government,; which hopes that the actual cost, ineluding resumptions and interest during construction, will not exceed £1,750,000. The cost for construction only, in* eluding the approaches of the bridge, is a maximum of £1,050,000. The cost is based only on preliminary designs and estimates of necessary cost prepared by Queensland officers.
