SUCCESSFUL SALE to HELD [nv TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] KAITAIA, Monday An auction sale of business and residential sections situated in Kaitaia was held on Saturday. The sale was most successful, there boing a number oi buvers and competition was good. Eleven sections were sold, either at the auction or afterwards by private treaty. The prices ranged up to £4O for residential sections, no business sections being sold, as the offers did not come up to the reserve*
